Walking and Hiking from Tenby

Pembrokeshire has some of the most stunning coastline and people come to the area just to walk the coastal path - some 186 miles of it. We have walked most of the coastal path and will be pleased to help with hints and tips. You can also visit the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park site

Shopping in Tenby

Tenby has some lovely small shops as well as a department store. Saundersfoot is about 2 miles away which is worth a visit and Haverfordwest, the county town, has larger stores such as Marks and Spencer and Debenhams, about 20 miles. Carmarthen is a great shopping centre with a lovely large market on a Saturday selling local produce and lots of Welsh fayre, about 28 miles.
If you would like to shop online, try www.made-in-pembrokeshire.co.uk for some unusual handcrafted items

Tenby History and culture

A must visit: Tenby Museum. There are many art galleries in Tenby and places of interest including Plantagenet house, Caldey Island, Five Arches, Castle Hill and St Catherines Island - to name but a few
